Banana Marshmallow

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas

  • 3.5 ounces dark chocolate

  • 1/3 cup coconut, shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Cut a line lengthways in the bananas, opening the skin up, but not cutting all the way through to the other side of the flesh.
  3. Wrap bananas in foil, place on a lined baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler. Drizzle melted chocolate over bananas. Top with coconut and enjoy.
